No Refunds and No Exchange

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ALL ITEMS due to our strict hygiene policies that we have in place for the safety of our customers amidst the Covid Pandemic.

If your item is damaged in transit we are happy to exchange, fix it for free or offer a credit note. Please contact us through email/msg/whatsapp should the need be within 24 hrs of the receipt of your parcel.
